From Our Pasture...To Your Plate!

All our premium Angus steaks & burgers are flash frozen and individually vacuum-sealed to maintain the highest possible quality and freshness. Every order is shipped in a Styrofoam cooler with dry-ice to preserve the deep rich flavors that define our steaks.

Your steaks should be frozen or very cool to the touch at time of arrival. Immediately place them into the freezer or refrigerator. Please DO NOT handle the dry-ice with bare hands; safely set aside and it will soon evaporate on its own.

2-Day Ground Shipping
Our standard shipping method is ground service, processed on Tuesdays. The steaks should arrive within one ot two days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the shipping information and UPS tracking number.

Most locations in the following states are within the estimated 2-day ground service area: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, VA, WI, WV

If you are really hungry and need your steaks ASAP, we have some good options for you:

  • Express Shipping- Flat Rate of $30 (2-Day Air)
  • Overnight Shipping- Flat Rate of $50 (1-Day Air)

At our discretion, we may hold orders until the next Tuesday to make sure they do not sit in a UPS facility over the weekend. These things are too darn delicious to be wasted!

Please do not thaw the steaks at room temperature. For best results, you should thaw steaks in the refrigerator to preserve flavor and tenderness. Leave steaks in their individual wrapper while thawing. Once thawed you can remove wrapping, pat dry and place back in the fridge. This will continue to dry the surface allowing for an incredible sear when the steak is exposed to high heat.

For a quicker thawing process, you can thaw steaks in cold water. Depending on cut and size, thawing time can vary significantly.

If you absolutely must, the microwave can also be used to thaw your steaks, although you may not want to tell anyone you did such a thing! Thawing in the microwave will likely worsen your eating experience as many of the luscious natural juices will sadly be lost.

Whatever method you choose, make certain that steaks do not remain at room temperature for an extended period. Enjoy!
